Ingredients:
1 cup spaghetti (broken in half)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
Salt & pepper
Grated parmesan (optional)
Steps:
Melt butter in the pan, sauté garlic for 1 min.
Add pasta and water; bring to a boil.
Simmer, stirring occasionally until water is absorbed and pasta is soft.
Season and top with cheese.

Ingredients:
½ lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 cup water
½ packet taco seasoning
Cheese (optional)
Steps:
Brown meat in pan.
Add tomatoes, water, seasoning, pasta.
Cover and cook until pasta is tender.
Top with cheese.
