Quick & Easy Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined—don’t overmix!

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls (about 12–14 total).

  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place meatballs inside in a single layer.

  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  6. Serve with pasta, in a sub roll, or with dipping sauce.

Freezing Tip

Freeze cooked meatballs for up to 3 months. Reheat in the air fryer for a quick meal!
