Recipe: Keto / Fathead Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
Equipment:
  • Microwave
  • Mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Air fryer (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  2. Mix in the egg and almond flour until a dough forms.
  3. Place dough on parchment paper and flatten into a pizza shape.
  4. (Air Fryer Method) Cook in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
